Interior Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Interior Design Manager to lead end-to-end design delivery for hospitality projects.

  • Translate client briefs into compelling spatial concepts, ensuring brand compliance and technical documentation.
  • Review and approve layout plans, guest flow, and functional adjacencies, adhering to hospitality brand standards and local codes.

Project Development & Delivery

  • Oversight of concept development to construction documents.
  • Management of FF&E specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality control.

Team Guidance & Support

  • Coach and review the performance of design team members, promoting growth and upskilling.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and version control across all files and deliverables.

Required Expertise & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 7-10+ years total experience with hospitality design portfolio (rooms + public areas).
  • Strong command of AutoCAD, proficiency in SketchUp/Revit, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
