Job Title: Graduate Support – Enablement Specialist, Associate">

As a Graduate Support – Enablement Specialist, Associate, you will be part of the team responsible for managing graduate training programs. Your key responsibilities include project managing transactional aspects of the training lifecycle, planning and coordinating centrally managed programs, and liaising with the global graduate team to cover tasks such as vendor scheduling and budgets.

The role requires excellent project management skills, experience in cost and risk management, knowledge of business services or professional services experience in a global context, and commercial experience of operating in different markets or cultures.

  • Plan and schedule project tasks to ensure timely delivery of graduate training programs
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships
  • Manage the invoice process for training
  • Create project-related quality reports, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets
  • Assist in answering training queries
  • Continuous ongoing improvement of enablement processes
  • Work in partnership with regional teams to execute delivery in global locations
