We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to join our team.

Location: Chennai, India

Job Summary

  • Proficiency in MVS Cobol, JCL and DB2 is required.
  • Expertise in Pacbase is a must.
  • Coding and testing of stored procedures will be a key responsibility.
  • Familiarity with interface systems is essential.
  • Implementation and support of mainframe systems will involve hands-on coding.
  • Documenting system processes will require excellent communication skills.
  • Independent assignment management will be a challenge.

Requirements

  • 8 years of IT work experience with user issue resolution is mandatory.
  • Microsoft/PC fundamentals knowledge is necessary.
  • Able to work outside normal business hours is required.
  • Rotating on-call duties will be part of the job.

Education

  • 4 years of educational qualification is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently is a must.
