We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our legal automation initiatives. As a top player in the field, we provide innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with industry-standard platforms such as Relativity and iConect.
  • Manage simultaneous projects across multiple clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with project managers to create review, breach review, and quality control workflows.
  • Perform quality assurance on batches released by team members, identifying error trends and creating remedial actions.
  • Work with team leaders to resolve queries and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Develop and implement technical and project guidelines, serving as a technical coach for senior team members.
  • Create search terms, layouts, choices, fields, and batching strategies to optimize project efficiency.
  • Monitor hourly productivity metrics and ensure the quality and productivity of projects.

Requirements:

  • Must be an attorney with a strong understanding of eDiscovery principles.
  • At least 1+ years of experience as an APM, with a total eDiscovery experience of at least 4+ years.
  • Legal support and technical background required, including knowledge of SharePoint and Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills are essential.
  • Flexible to work in shifts as per project requirements.
