Unlock Business Growth with Employee Benefit Broking Expertise

As a key player in the West Region, you will be responsible for leading Domestic Employee Benefit Broking Sales efforts, driving business growth through acquisition of large and mid-sized corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute regional sales strategy for Employee Benefit Broking in alignment with national goals, focusing on prospecting and acquiring mid to large corporates for group insurance broking services.
  • New Client Acquisition: Utilize your strong client acquisition and relationship management skills to secure new clients, including GHI, GTL, GPA, and voluntary benefits.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across major cities in the West; drive performance and market penetration by coordinating closely with internal teams – Claims, Placement, Retention, Wellness, Digital, and Underwriting – to deliver seamless client experience.
  • Collaboration: Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals, ensuring effective communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are utilized to drive success.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales; minimum 3 years in a regional leadership role.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Insurance, or related fields. III/IRDA certifications preferred.
  • Deep understanding of group insurance products, excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally, driving performance and market penetration.
