Global Payroll Specialist

Pursue a career as a payroll expert, responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of employee compensation across various countries.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and verify payroll data for accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to gather payroll information and ensure timely payment of wages and benefits.
- Review and analyze payroll inputs, including timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, to identify areas for improvement and optimize payroll processes.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements in each country and implement necessary updates to payroll systems and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving payroll inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in global payroll processing, preferably in a multinational company or payroll service provider.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in multiple countries.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g. ADP, Workday, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
