Salary
We offer an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience, to support daily accounts payable processes, month-end payroll, and preparation of various schedules for monthly/quarterly/annual closure.

Job Description
The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for verifying invoices, processing PO receipts, and preparing bank reconciliation statements in Oracle R12 environment. This position reports directly to the Director Finance, India, supporting daily operations and ensuring accurate bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify and process invoices daily with accurate code and apply appropriate PO receipts.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare required schedules for Auditors (Internal & Statutory).
  • Prepare GST Refund application documents.
  • Support month-end payroll processing and employee claims.
  • Quarterly TDS returns – prepare required statements.
  • Visit the bank for activities such as depositing cheques, cash withdrawal, DD, wire transfers, etc.
  • Submit documents to Auditors' office & tax office as needed.
  • Ensure proper bookkeeping.
  • Work with the team to prepare MIS schedules along with required details for Auditors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of recent, continuous experience in financial analysis.
  • Degree required (Audit Firm experience would be an added advantage).
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Technical understanding of ERP systems, Excel, and Word, preferably ORACLE -R12 (SAP experience would be added advantage).
  • Quick learning and self-started with the ability to work independently and with the team currently in place.
