Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. This includes allocating finished goods to meet customer demand, preparing stock transfer notes, and coordinating transportation arrangements.

  • Manage the allocation of finished goods to meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare and dispatch stock transfer notes in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with carriers to arrange transportation and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
  • Work closely with the accounts department to ensure accurate payment of C&F commissions and expenses.
  • Verify transportation bills and invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct sales and sales return analysis to optimize inventory levels and improve customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should also have experience in supply chain management and a thorough understanding of logistics and transportation procedures.
