Project Coordinator Job

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate multiple applied research projects at our institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing principal investigators and scientists in project discussions, summarizing, documenting, and managing the project.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical role interfacing between research/engineering teams and customer-facing teams. A basic familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts and applications is required. Good analytical skills and the ability to manage/understand cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate multiple applied research projects
  • Represent PIs and scientists in project discussions
  • Manage project documentation and communication
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different organizations
  • Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Interface and engage with external organizations through reports, meetings, and presentations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in a technical role interfacing between research/engineering teams and customer-facing teams
  • Basic familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts, and applications
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to manage/understand cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
