We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design and will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, building interactive experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visual Content Creation:
  • Create high-quality, visually appealing video and static ad creatives that capture the audience's attention
  • Funnel Building and Management:
  • Design and develop engaging funnels in Webflow for clients and internal projects
  • Client Visual Identity:
  • Manage client visual identity projects, ensuring consistency and brand recognition
  • Content Development:
  • Compose and curate high-quality content, including copywriting, research, and writing long- and short-form content
  • Video Editing and Production:
  • Edit high-quality, engaging videos that meet the client's needs
  • Lead Generation and Nurture:
  • Create and launch e-books, lead magnet resources, and other marketing materials to attract and engage leads
  • SEO and Analytics:
  • Work with SEO partners to optimize landing pages, track search console data, and improve website traffic
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Analyze data from Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar to inform design decisions and drive business growth
