Finance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial records, data entry and reporting. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing accounting systems, preparing complex financial reports and ensuring compliance with various financial regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounting record keeping systems and procedures
  • Prepare financial reports using data query tools
  • Understand and implement financial compliances and accounts processes
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting
  • 5-7 years of relevant full-time work experience
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong process orientation and quality control skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High level of comfort with Microsoft Office and web-based communications
  • Budgeting experience with Excel is desirable
Bonus Skills:
  • Knowledge of budgeting software and tools
  • Experience with financial analysis and forecasting
