Senior Electrical Panel Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary
">- The Plant Quality Head will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control processes at our manufacturing facility. This role will ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities
">- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards for LV electrical panel manufacturing.
- Monitor and control quality processes across all stages of production, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
- Lead a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to achieve quality objectives.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL, BIS) and customer-specific requirements for LV electrical panels.
- Drive initiatives for process optimization, defect reduction, and quality improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis.
- Oversee testing procedures, including dielectric tests, temperature rise tests, and short-circuit withstand tests, to ensure product reliability and safety.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related customer queries, complaints, and audits.
- Maintain accurate quality records and prepare reports.
- Identify potential quality risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate them.
- Conduct training programs for employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
