Senior Product Developer - AI/ML

This is a senior full-stack role, ideal for someone with entrepreneurial aspirations who wants to develop and grow into a leadership position in an AI-first company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end development of production-grade AI/ML products and modules.
  • Develop and scale AI Agents, RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems.
  • Design and deploy applications in cloud ecosystems.
  • Deliver scalable architecture, followed by rapid feature iterations.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of developers.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and investors to align technology strategy with business goals.
  • Contribute to fundraising discussions and investor presentations.
Requirements:
  • 3–8 years of strong coding and product development experience.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in AI/ML pipelines, Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs, and cloud services.
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative (preferred).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resilience, adaptability, and passion for building from scratch.
