Key Roles:

We are seeking an individual contributor to join our team as a Financial Planning & Analysis professional. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in financial planning and analysis, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders.

Budgeting and forecasting are essential functions for any organization. The candidate should be able to prepare accurate and timely budgets and forecasts that inform business decisions.

The candidate should also possess strong analytical skills and be able to identify financial trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

Strategic financial planning and analysis are critical components of this role. The candidate should be able to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve profitability.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Serving as an individual contributor in the Business Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) domain.
  2. Collaborating with various departments to gather financial data and insights for informed decision-making.
  3. Developing and presenting financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
  4. Supporting strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA/MBA with a specialization in Business Finance Management (BFM) or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
