Are you a visionary leader looking to drive digital transformation and AI innovation? We seek an experienced Enterprise Architect to design and implement scalable, integrated solutions using data analytics workflow automation and digital technologies.

Role Overview

This role is all about empowering businesses to unlock their full potential through cutting-edge technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and own the enterprise architecture strategy frameworks and roadmaps, focusing on data integration analytics-driven decision-making and digital enablement.

  • Develop end-to-end business processes leveraging a combination of ERP CRM data platforms and workflow tools such as Service Now.
  • Oversight of integration of disparate systems using ETL tools APIs microservices and middleware ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability across applications like SAP Salesforce Service Now and cloud platforms.
  • Architect solutions that incorporate workflow tools for ITSM HR finance and other business processes designing and scaling Robotic Process Automation RPA solutions using platforms such as Ui Path Automation Anywhere and Power Automate.
  • Define enterprise standards for technology stack integration and security providing governance over architecture decisions ensuring alignment with enterprise policies and business objectives.
  • Cross-functional leadership collaboration with business and IT leaders to understand objectives translating them into technical roadmaps and solutions serving as a trusted advisor to executives on emerging technology trends system modernization and digital transformation.
Key Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in enterprise architecture digital transformation or systems design. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in architecting solutions across data analytics workflow and automation domains.
  • Strong knowledge of data & analytics platforms such as Azure Synapse Snowflake Databricks Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience in ERP SAP Oracle Dynamics CRM Salesforce and integration tools such as Mule Soft and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Familiarity with workflow tools such as Service Now Jira and ITSM platforms.
  • Hands-on knowledge of RPA platforms like Ui Path Automation Anywhere Power Automate or Blue Prism.
  • Microservices architecture REST APIs ETL pipelines and event-driven integration.
  • Exceptional communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
