Goml is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join its team. As a key member, you will design and develop artificial intelligence models using techniques like RAG and transformers, fine-tune pre-trained large language models, and conduct research on new techniques for improving model performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Advanced Generative AI Models: Design and implement advanced generative AI models using relevant approaches such as RAG and transformers.
  • Fine-Tune Pre-Trained Models: Fine-tune pre-trained large language models for specific tasks and domains.
  • Conduct Research: Conduct research on new techniques for improving the performance and capabilities of generative AI models.
  • Apply Software Engineering Rigor: Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to machine learning /generative AI pipelines.
  • Evaluate Model Performance: Evaluate and analyze the performance of ML/generative AI models.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up to date on the latest advancements in generative AI research.
  • Deploy Proof-of-Concept Systems: Facilitate the development and deployment of proof-of-concept generative AI systems.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in generative AI or related fields.
  • Data Pipelines: Experience in building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring their performance.
  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Techniques and Tools: Familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models, Git, Docker, Linux, cloud-based ecosystems, and ML/GenAI frameworks and tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, methodical and meticulous towards work and planning.
