Advanced Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Artificial Intelligence Specialist to play a crucial role in building the next generation of AI-powered solutions. This key member will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI models that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Generative AI Models: Utilize techniques like RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches to create innovative generative AI models that meet specific business needs.
  • Fine-tune Pre-trained Large Language Models: Adapt pre-trained LLMs for specific tasks and domains to achieve optimal results and improve overall model performance.
  • Conduct Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI research and conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize model capabilities.
  • Apply Software Engineering Best Practices: Ensure machine learning/generative AI pipelines adhere to industry-recognized software engineering best practices for reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Model Performance: Monitor and assess the performance of ML/generative AI models to identify areas for improvement and optimize overall model effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in generative AI or related fields with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience in building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring their performance for optimal results.
  • Strong programming skills in Python with expertise in relevant libraries and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models, as well as cloud-based ecosystems and AI frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Methodical and meticulous approach to work and planning with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
