Job Title:

Software Engineering Lead

About the Position:

This role is responsible for guiding and collaborating with others, contributing technical expertise, and helping solve complex challenges.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with technical teams to refine and finalize software design for robust applications.
  • Mentor and support team members of varied backgrounds and experiences in software development practices.
  • Serve as a technical resource and facilitator for external partners and stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for technical questions, promoting knowledge sharing and inclusive problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • You have hands-on experience with Java and Springboot and working knowledge of JavaScript (Vue.JS) and architectural principles.
  • You understand data management (RDBMS, NoSQL, data lakes, Hadoop), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or similar).
  • You demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, and can coordinate projects of varied size and complexity across diverse teams.
  • You have experience leading teams to identify and troubleshoot challenges and communicate solutions effectively to a wide audience.
