Job Title: Senior Network Engineer (Juniper/Aruba)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement large-scale customer networks, encompassing WAN, LAN, WLAN, on a multi-vendor platform.
  • Create & maintain documentation for network implementations, including change approval processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior engineers in the team.
  • Lead complex projects, defining strategies for successful delivery.
  • Manage project deliverables, performing advanced analysis on incidents and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support fourth-level operations through the Incident and Problem Management Process.
  • Develop processes for other engineers to follow, ensuring successful solution delivery.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Associate or professional-level certifications in relevant areas.
  • Juniper JNCIP or JNCIE level knowledge with focus on WAN, LAN, WLAN.
  • Technical expertise in Aruba Central, switches, and WLAN highly beneficial.
  • Mist dashboard and WLAN experience also advantageous.
  • Cisco CCNP or CCIE level knowledge beneficial for WAN & LAN.
  • Fluent English communication skills essential for daily interactions with native and non-native speakers.

Experience

  • 8+ years' experience in designing and implementing large-scale customer networks.
  • Prior experience in telecommunication organizations or international companies desirable.
  • Affinity for working in multicultural environments and international companies with diverse customers.
  • Ability to provide guidance and coaching to junior engineers at a technical level.
