Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a scalable and maintainable automation framework that sets industry standards.
  • Craft reusable code, best practices, and governance models for automation implementations.
  • Promote collaboration with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust automation solutions.
  • Leverage technical expertise throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Integrate automation with cloud environments, maximizing expertise in virtualization, Kubernetes, and orchestration.
  • Detailed documentation of solution architecture and technical designs will be provided.
  • Conduct engaging presentations, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement attended and unattended automation, including Citrix and legacy system integration.
  • Swiftly diagnose and resolve performance issues, exceptions, and deployment problems.
  • Optimize bot efficiency, resource utilization, and exception handling.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in RPA with proven solution architecture responsibilities.
  • Expertise in UIPath platform architecture and ecosystem.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization concepts, and orchestration.
  • A clear track record of architecting and delivering large-scale automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with OCR tools, AI/ML models, and API implementation.
