The ideal candidate will be a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in ServiceNow and enterprise architecture. They should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect who can drive strategic design, development, and governance across our enterprise platform. This individual will lead the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

Responsibilities include:

  • Defining Technical Direction: Developing and maintaining the enterprise-wide platform architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business strategy.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Establishing architecture standards and reference architectures for using the platform across various business units, as well as overseeing architecture reviews and change control processes.
  • Integration & Interoperability: Leading the integration of the proposed platform with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud services), defining integration strategies (APIs, middleware, data synchronization) and ensuring ServiceNow plays well within the broader IT ecosystem.
  • Technical Leadership: Providing deep technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow solution architects, developers, and admins, guiding teams in designing high-quality solutions and offering oversight on complex configurations and custom development.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Staying up-to-date with latest releases and features (including AI/ML capabilities, automation, Virtual Agent, App Engine, etc.), evaluating new platform functionalities and third-party modules, and recommending their adoption to drive improvement and innovation on the platform.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, including several years in an architecture leadership role
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks
  • Broad knowledge of enterprise technology stacks and architecture principles
  • Familiarity with web technologies and integration methods relevant to ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF or Zachman)
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow in multiple industries or large/global environments
  • Background in integrating ServiceNow with legacy systems or modern cloud services
