Job Opportunity:

Trade Settlements Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Settlements Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and capturing data from various global functional teams across our clients.

  • Develop and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and capacity.
  • Collaborate with client partners to improve processes and controls.
  • Manage and analyze data to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business understanding of finance industry with special focus on capital market and derivatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently handle clients and client calls– establish self as a valued partner.
  • Escalate issues to internal managers to bring issues to their attention in a short span of time.
  • Build domain expertise and lead from the front.

Requirements:

  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in handling team of minimum 25 members and has good experience and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.
  • Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage and complete specific tasks with minimal direction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel plus interaction with and management of operations team.
