Webflow Developer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. As a Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality web experiences that meet our marketing goals.

About the role:

This is a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from building and managing marketing web properties to creating engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits.
  • Measure conversion, traffic, bounce and more, and provide directional suggestions to the team.
  • Make innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning.
  • Collaborate with content, design and product teams.
  • Research the latest trends and keep track of innovations in the space.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency across web spaces.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings and constant upkeep with ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts)
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Expertise in responsive layouts.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to follow deadlines.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
