Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in solution design and delivery to transition into a presales leadership role. This position is ideal for individuals with experience working with large enterprises and global customers, especially in the US Public Sector, and who are passionate about crafting winning solutions and strategies.

As a Presales Consultant, you will lead and contribute to RFP/RFI responses for US Public Sector and global enterprise clients. You will design and articulate end-to-end technical solutions across application, database, and infrastructure layers. Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to define solution architecture, technical approach, and effort estimation. Develop and present solution proposals, technical write-ups, value propositions, and proof-of-concepts. Create and manage compliance matrices, response templates, and pricing models. Participate in client presentations, technical discussions, and orals to defend and promote proposed solutions. Support bid defense, contract negotiations, and transition planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Presales solutioning, delivery leadership etc.
- Strong understanding of application development, database design, and system integration.
- Strong understanding of .NET, Java, SQL, and testing methodologies.
- Proven ability to write technical solutions, approach documents, and effort estimates.
- Proficiency in RFP response creation, pricing strategy, and proposal management.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients and US Public Sector procurement processes.
