Senior Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking a talented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer specializing in automation. You will build and maintain our automated testing frameworks, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, reliable, and performant platform.
As a key member of our global engineering teams, you will contribute to a quality-first culture that enables us to confidently ship code multiple times a day.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on automation, where you will play a crucial part in the testing strategy for a platform used by top companies worldwide.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for front-end (UI) and API layers.
- Execute automated test cases to ensure quality, functionality, and performance of new features and existing systems.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable deployments.
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and reproduce bugs.
- Own regression test suites, ensuring comprehensive coverage for the entire platform.
- Assist in performance, load, and security testing efforts to identify and report potential issues.
- Accurately log, track, and manage defects through their lifecycle, providing clear information to the development team.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proven experience in designing and building automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Strong proficiency in API automation using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate DSL.
- Solid programming skills in at least one modern language.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with database testing and containerization technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
