We are seeking an experienced Gynecologist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills. He/She will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, delivering lectures and training programs, and participating in research activities.
Our Gynecologist will perform routine gynecological examinations, provide diagnosis and treatment for various gynecological conditions, and conduct research studies and publish papers on gynecological topics.
He/She will also participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols.
In addition, our Gynecologist will mentor and supervise junior medical staff, including residents and fellows, and manage the day-to-day operations of the gynecology department, including supervising support staff and managing budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
- MS in Obstetrics and Gynecology or equivalent qualification
- Professional certification in gynecology (e.g., FOGSI)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
