Product Design Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Product Design Lead to spearhead the design of enterprise generative AI products.

This role will be responsible for architecting, prototyping, and delivering elegant UX for AI-driven interfaces, conversational agents, and prompt-centric workflows that empower enterprise users.

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end design for generative AI experiences, drive user flows, prompt interactions, agentic interfaces, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) modules from low-fidelity sketches to final UI designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design AI-driven interfaces, conversational agents, and prompt-centric workflows.
  • Rapidly prototype and validate user experience using interactive prototypes (Figma, Framer, Protopie, etc.).
  • Establish component libraries and style systems for predictable, scalable, and pixel-perfect enterprise UX.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations with enterprise users to inform AI behavior and trust in UI interfaces.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to translate feature requirements into intuitive, high-trust design experiences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5–8 years of dedicated product or interaction design experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise-facing products.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including building interactive components, prototyping, auto layout, design systems, collaborative libraries.
  • Strong visual and interaction design instincts, with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX design, user flows, and interfaces.
