Job Title: Livelihood Enhancement Lead

This is a key leadership role focused on enhancing livelihood opportunities for individuals and communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, entrepreneurship development, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing livelihood or income generation programs in the social sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance livelihood activities aligned with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with project leads/teams to implement effective livelihood interventions, enhance technical quality, and develop implementation plans and budgets.
  • Establish women-led Plastic Collection Centers, launch e-tricycle-based plastic waste collection initiatives, and implement skill training initiatives.
  • Organize entrepreneurship awareness and development programs, coordinate multi-stakeholder workshops, conduct EAPs and EDPs, offer continuous business support and mentorship, and develop IEC materials and capacity-building resources.
  • Log KPIs into the PFC platform, ensure accurate documentation and data flow, review and update policies and SOPs, submit reports in prescribed formats, and provide insights and analysis to the Director – SA and relevant teams.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Masters degree in Social Work/Sciences, Entrepreneurship Development, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing livelihood or income generation programs in the social sector.
  • Prior experience working with informal sectors and vulnerable workforce.
  • Strong understanding of social and environmental sustainability concepts.
