Job Title

Role: IAM Engineer for Mission-Critical Banking Environment - L3 Support

  • Provide Level 3 technical support and expertise for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
  • Design, architect, and optimize IAM platforms; manage capacity and upgrades.
  • Lead major incidents and mentor junior teams; produce post-incident reports.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert-level knowledge of IAM technologies, including SailPoint and Unix/Linux systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IAM or related field.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and industry best practices.
  • Experience with capacity planning and DR/BCP strategy.
