Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle SCM Technical Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS R12 technical support with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support for the Supply Chain Management (SCM) module, including troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Oracle EBS layers. Additionally, they will be proficient in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and loading
  • Managing issue resolutions and handling custom enhancements independently

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in SCM modules, with a focus on Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV)
  • Proficient in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports
  • Experience with Oracle APEX and tech support in SCM modules for at least 4 years
