Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in the e-commerce domain with experience in both mobile and web testing. Key responsibilities include identifying test scenarios, estimating test effort, creating test plans, implementing effective managerial and testing techniques.

  • Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release or delivery
  • Providing status to the Test Lead or Manager
  • Supporting the testing team
  • Working closely with Business Analysts, functional leads, and the Development team
  • Supporting in test planning, managing the testing effort for any given release
  • Designing test scenarios and test cases
  • Bug tracking and reporting
  • Defect coordination

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in the e-commerce domain with expertise in both mobile and web testing
  • Good experience in API testing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its methodologies, such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile
  • Proficient in writing and executing test plans and test cases in highly structured environments, performing all types of testing
  • Solid hands-on experience in Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, and Regression Testing
