Job Title:

Lead Engineer for Advanced Test Strategies


Job Description:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for complex System-on-Chip (SoC) designs, ensuring thorough validation of production quality silicon.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality DFT ATPG solutions that meet SoC level test coverage goals.
  • Collaborate with design and verification engineers to develop optimized DFT architectures and test patterns.
  • Lead the implementation of various aspects of Test architecture including Scan & ATPG, and post-silicon support.
  • Work closely with front-end design, verification, and physical design teams to ensure seamless integration and production-ready silicon.
  • Support post-silicon activities, collaborating with test engineering and validation teams.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 6+ years of experience in DFT with a proven track record of delivering production-quality chips.
  • Senior-level SoC DFT engineers with expertise in all aspects of DFT, including scan & ATPG, memory BIST, logic BIST, analog test, and post-silicon support.
  • Strong understanding of design flow from specification/micro-architecture definition to design and verification, timing analysis, and physical design.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Creative analytical skills, with ability to logically break down complex problems into manageable components.
