**Job Title:** Creative Strategy Professional

  • Craft creative strategies for multiple brands across diverse industries, encompassing campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team on creative pitches and showcases.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans to clients for campaigns or narration of scripts.
  • Ensure high-quality creative work and apply for awards to recognize team achievements.
  • Report to the Creative Lead, who provides direction, feedback, and references.
  • Coordinate with the Integrated Solutions Team daily on various tasks, from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to graphic designers on ideas or concepts.
  • Break down briefs for junior creatives to facilitate smooth processes.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance ideation and client goals.
  • Actively present throughout production, from idea to final product upload.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, target audiences, and competitors to ensure understanding of brand needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and online developments.
