Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and engagement on our platform.

This is a high-impact, performance-oriented role with a clear objective. The primary goal is to drive growth and achieve key performance targets. Success will be measured directly against this target and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for user acquisition, conversion rates, and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy to drive platform growth and achieve key performance targets.
  • Performance Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEM, social media, content marketing, email) to increase brand awareness and drive user traffic to the consultation platform.
  • Community & Practitioner Engagement: Work closely with the practitioner community to create compelling content, promotional materials, and co-marketing campaigns that highlight their expertise and attract new users.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact for marketing efforts, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Customer Experience (CX), Product, and other internal teams to optimize the user journey from discovery to consultation.
  • User Acquisition & Retention: Develop innovative strategies to acquire new users and implement retention programs to increase repeat consultations.
  • Content & Communications: Lead the creation of engaging content, including case studies, blog posts, testimonials, and email newsletters, that educate users on the benefits of Ayurvedic consultations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and user insights to inform marketing decisions and product improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a significant focus on digital and growth marketing.
  • Mandatory experience working with a consultations-based platform is required.
  • Deep understanding of a wide range of digital marketing channels and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset with a strong ability to use data to make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
  • A genuine interest in Ayurveda and holistic health is a significant plus.
