  • Configure ITAM modules for software license tracking, hardware asset management, and contract management.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to visualize IT asset data and optimize IT spending.

Required Skills:

  • ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript).
  • IT asset management principles and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, SAM).
  • ServiceNow development best practices and tools.

The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in configuration management and possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and functionalities.
