Job Summary

A Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our APP/H5/Web/server projects through comprehensive testing strategies. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues while continuously improving our QA processes and tooling.

Main Responsibilities

• Evaluate and guarantee the quality of the company's APP/H5/Web/server projects.
• Participate in requirements reviews to comprehend product functionality, anticipate potential issues, and suggest valuable improvements.
• Develop test plans and design test cases for complex business functions while maintaining high testing standards.
• Monitor, track, and identify quality issues in projects, collaborating with development teams to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
• Maintain and improve test environments, automation frameworks, and server-related tools and platforms.
• Contribute to the innovation and improvement of quality assurance processes, strategies, and methodologies to increase project efficiency.
• Explore new testing technologies and promote the application of suitable technologies in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software testing experience, with extensive experience in App and Web testing.
• Familiarity with various testing methodologies including Black-box testing (functional, UI/UX, regression), Gray-box testing (integration, system), Smoke and sanity testing, Acceptance testing, Exploratory testing.
• Experience with test case development, execution, and reporting.
• Knowledge of defect lifecycle management and bug tracking systems.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: PHP, Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and database systems, including familiarity with Redis and MongoDB.
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing processes.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
• Adaptability to changing requirements and result-oriented mindset.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in server-side testing.
• Practical project development experience using PHP/Python/Java/Go.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Automated testing expertise: Mobile automation (Appium, Espresso, XCTest), Web automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), Test automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, pytest).
• Performance and load testing experience: Tools like JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner, Experience analyzing performance bottlenecks, Stress and scalability testing.
• Security testing knowledge: OWASP testing methodology, Penetration testing basics, Security vulnerability scanning.
• Advanced API testing skills: REST API testing (Postman, RestAssured), SOAP API testing, GraphQL testing.
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow).
• Knowledge of test data management principles.
• Experience with data-driven and keyword-driven testing.
• Background in financial or trading systems testing.
