Job Summary

Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to optimize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Implement system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions.
  • Define application problem by conferring with clients / business; evaluating procedures and processes.
  • Develop solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
  • Control solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers.
  • Validate results by testing programs both at the unit level and user level
  • Run training sessions and workshops on system processes
  • Create system guidelines and manuals for the organisation 
  • Collaborate with Business, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
  • Structure and prioritise business requirements and communicate plans with stakeholders for review and approval
  • Participate in the QA of purchased solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized
  • Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
  • Assist with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders
