Fire Protection Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fire protection projects.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, specifically in fire protection systems, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working on high-rise residential or commercial projects.
  • They will be proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel, with excellent exposure to all aspects of Fire Fighting Systems, Sprinkler systems, and Fire alarm system.
  • A key requirement is to have experience managing task-oriented groups, with well-developed planning skills and the ability to work within stringent financial, quality, and time-bound targets.
  • The successful candidate will be result-oriented, able to manage designs and implementation, and oversee the day-to-day work of the team.
  • They will ensure that all plans meet regulatory requirements, inspect work sites for code compliance and safety hazards, and facilitate problem-solving among subcontractors, clients, vendors, etc.
  • In addition, they will validate design issues related to Fire Fighting and suggest alternative solutions, coordinate and administer Fire Fighting related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals, and ensure billing is done in a timely manner.
