Tech Ops Project Manager Role

This role involves managing end-to-end project support for client implementations across multiple projects. You will work with colleagues across departments to understand requirements, design project management elements, and provide client support throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a working knowledge of our solutions and platforms.
  • Work with clients and colleagues to develop project scope plans and documentation.
  • Lead planning sessions to build consensus among team members regarding task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies.
  • Develop, communicate, and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Prepare project reports for status meetings as required.
  • Identify, track, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise.
  • Monitor workflows and deadlines to ensure team goals are met accurately and on time.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions, concerns, feedback, etc.
  • Ensure project plans deliver against SLAs and KPI expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Document client work and interactions using CRM and project management tools.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a project management environment is essential.
  • Education or certification in project management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using web-based project management software.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrable evidence of collaboration, multitasking, and prioritizing workloads.
