Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Performance Specialist to join our Buyside Client Services team in Mumbai – an individual who is enthusiastic, intellectually curious, and takes pride in the work they do. The role requires collaborative partnership with a diverse range of stakeholders including client representatives, sales, product specialists, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Analyzing and solving complex business issues related to clients' investment portfolios, financial data, analytics, and workflows.
  • Executing activities including implementations, managed services, consultancy, and solution optimizations.
  • Close collaboration with the middle and front office of our clients – institutional asset managers, wealth managers, and asset owners.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or related industry discipline.
  • Fluent English verbal and excellent written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial products and instruments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial formulas.
