Social Media Content Creator Job

The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative flair, excellent writing and communication skills in English, along with a keen interest in the entertainment industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and curate engaging social media content for maximum reach and interaction across various platforms.
  • Create compelling captions that resonate with audiences and drive engagement.
  • Design innovative formats such as reels, memes, carousel posts, and other visual content to capture viewers' attention.
  • Publish high-quality links, videos, and photos on social handles daily to maintain a consistent presence.
  • Monitor trending content and create relevant posts to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analyze social media analytics to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Adhere to a planning/content calendar for social media to ensure consistency and coordination.
  • Contribute to strategizing and creating content for YouTube and Facebook videos.
  • Keep track of competitor pages to identify gaps in content strategy.
  • Collaborate with the publishing team to produce visually appealing content for social handles.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve content goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field (agency and brand professionals welcome).
  • Familiarity with social media analysis tools like Meta analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.
  • Proficiency in image/video editing software like Photoshop.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Understanding of copyright requirements is essential.
  • Skilled in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
