Job Description

We are seeking an innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our social media presence and drive admissions growth. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and technical expertise.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Your primary objective will be to create engaging content that resonates with students and parents, while optimizing paid campaigns to generate quality leads.

You will collaborate closely with our creative designer to deliver high-converting ad creatives, reels, and graphics. Additionally, you will track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager.

Our ideal candidate possesses 2–4 years of experience in social media management and paid marketing, with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other relevant platforms. Strong knowledge of SEO basics, campaign funnels, and analytics tools is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage daily social media activities across multiple platforms.
  • Design, run, and optimize paid campaigns to generate quality leads.
  • Collaborate with the creative designer to deliver high-converting ad creatives.
  • Write engaging ad copies, campaign content, and captions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using various tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management and paid marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO basics, campaign funnels, and analytics tools.
