Job Title: Scientific Expert

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Development team as a Scientific Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project development and coordination for prospects and clients.
  • Draft, review, and assist with revisions to proposals and contracts.
  • Optimize proposal design by identifying opportunities and needs described in RFPs and study protocols.
  • Communicate risks associated with projects and contracts.
  • Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals and revisions.
  • Participate in key internal and external meetings related to projects and contracts.
  • Conduct follow-up after project submission and communicate outcomes to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in scientific/medical writing, proposal development, or contract management.
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
  • 2+ years of experience required in the field of advanced research.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science/MIS, Science, Law, or related area.
  • Knowledge and understanding of 21CFR Part 11, Good Clinical Practices (ICH E6 GCP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
