The Principal Officer plays a pivotal role in overseeing the insurance operations, ensuring seamless compliance with IRDAI regulations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or professional certifications (Actuaries, CII London, IIRM, ICAI, ICSI, CFA/CAIIB) highly preferred.

  • Meet additional regulatory requirements, including minimum capital, deposits, professional indemnity insurance, infrastructure, staffing, and fit & proper declaration.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance framework.
  • Leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.
  • Customer grievance handling and resolution abilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with insurance solicitation activities.
