**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Statistical Programmer to join our team. As a key member of the clinical research support team, you will provide lead statistical programming support for multiple projects using SAS.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical programming, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert statistical programming support for multiple clinical research study projects or study teams.
  • Develop and implement statistical programming solutions in SAS (Base and Macros).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of regulatory-compliant output.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to junior programmers.
  • Stay up-to-date with current statistical programming techniques and best practices.
  • Present statistical programming topics internally and at external conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline plus 4 years of experience as a CDISC/TLF statistical programmer in a Pharmaceutical/CRO environment.
  • Strong understanding of GCP principles and other regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH guidance and recommendations) in Clinical Research.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to process scientific and medical data.
  • Strong statistical programming skills in SAS, familiarity with R, Python, or other relevant statistical software beneficial.
