Job Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our performance marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for ROI-driven marketing, and a proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
  • Prepare media plans and execute them efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels to maximize quality of lead generation.
  • Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals.
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc., and report campaign performance regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
