Interior Space Designer

Seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Space Designer to join our team. As an Interior Space Designer, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to create functional designs based on conversations with clients. You should be confident in communicating regularly with clients to understand their needs and adjust your approach accordingly.
- To own the Sales process and drive Sales Closure.
- To provide exceptional Customer Experience during a project.
- To lead and own quality accuracy of design deliverables.
- To oversee the end-to-end Project lifecycle.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant Diploma.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Interior Space Designer.
- Led and delivered at least 2-4 Residential Modular projects.
- Proficient in design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
- Expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution, Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, Aesthetics Functionality, Module planning), and Civil works Services (Specifications Installation details).
- Ability to create Bills of Quantity for customers and coordinate with internal external agencies.
- Excellent sales skills, including logical trusted Sales pitch, driving and leading Design meetings with customers.
- Strong behavioral attributes, including Result-oriented, Teamwork, Integrity Ethics, Crisp meaningful communication.
- A high degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
