About this role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our team in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience in addressing speech and language disorders. A proficiency in diagnosing and managing dysphagia is also essential. Additionally, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

This is a full-time on-site position, and the successful candidate will be expected to conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Conduct thorough evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and track patient progress
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Relevant licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
