Fashion Merchandising Position

Key Responsibilities

Designer & Store Management:

  • Nurture existing designer relationships and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Coordinate merchandise flow and business operations across partner stores.
  • Evaluate product visibility and brand positioning.

Business Growth & Brand Development:

  • Develop merchandising strategies to drive sales growth for existing brands.
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.

Onboarding & Partnerships:

  • Identify and onboard new designers that align with the company's vision.
  • Develop long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in fashion merchandising or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
