Technical Model N Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong techno-functional expertise in Model N Flex application to fill this challenging role.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience across Model N Modules (MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, GP Programs).
- Technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX is essential.
- Experience with BI tools (Cognos, BI Objects) – added advantage.
- Strong background in working with global delivery teams and product vendors.
- Proven experience in Model N Platform Support / Implementation / Upgrade Projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
- Good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc.
- Exposure/experience with Agile & DevOps methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in Model N Flex application.
- Leverage experience with BI tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with global delivery teams and product vendors.
- Support Model N Platform implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects.
